Carrying Idler
Conveyor Idlers are used to carry or convey a conveyor belt loaded with bulk material. These carrying idlers are fabricated from materials such as heavy gauge or seamless steel tubing, depending on the application, and are specially designed to provide smooth transition of bulk material over long periods, with impact rings made of shock-absorbing compound where required.
Conveyor Roller
The roller is a critical component of a belt conveyor, present along its entire length to support the belt and move the loaded material. Diameter is correctly selected according to belt width and travel speed — we produce Ø60mm, Ø63.5mm, Ø76mm, Ø89mm, Ø102mm, Ø114mm, Ø127mm, Ø139mm and Ø159mm, covering almost all belt width requirements. Each roller consists of an idler shell, spindle, bearing, bearing housing, seals and axial fixing units.
Impact Idler
Rubber disc idlers, known as Impact Idlers, are fitted with rubber rings made from natural, synthetic or neoprene material. The fixing arrangement and ring dimensions are designed for easy replacement and interchangeability, protecting the belt by absorbing impact at the loading point. Troughing angle is 20° or 30°.
Return Idler
Using international standard design and manufacturing technology, our Return Idlers offer minimum revolving resistance, long life, low maintenance and high load capability. We use specially selected fine-welded steel pipe with puncture processing, with roundness held to a special tolerance and axles manufactured from fine cold-drawn steel, with bearing housings stamped multiple times from cold-gripped steel.
